After a clear frosty morning, the fog rolled in, so where better to go than a deserted church and graveyard.

I was just wondering I see in photo 1 that the colours are washed out is this due to a filter or processing in photoshop.

    back on topic I prefer 1 & 2

    love them.

no.1 - would rather total B&W or sepia effect on this rather than low saturation

nice, but i think you could have gotten a few better images out of it too :)

eg. more headstones with the church etc.

I lowered the saturation in LR, I was playing around with different presets but liked the washed out look.

Most of the standing headstones were in a heap of briars, many of the others have been knocked over by invading cattle, I might pop back though and see if I can figure something out.

I was very taken with the notion of the cross with the barb wire wreath (#2), and have been wondering if there is a (probably long lost) story to it.

Just as an aside the church is for sale, the auctioneer fails to explain that the 3/4 acre site is a graveyard.:D

Cheers for all the kind comments.

you have them ranked in my favorite order , like the first a lot, the second one grows one me , the third doesn't work for me -- the gifts for getting up early
