Display driver problem.

Hello, just trying to fix my gfs mothers new laptop. The problem seems to be that every now and again the screen goes black and an error comes up about the display driver. All drivers etc are updated. I'll try to find out the exact wording. After the screen goes black it just comes back on and everything is fine again.…
