    Hi guys,

    Just a quick reminder again that John Kavanagh will be doing a workshop on BJJ fundamentals on Friday the 7th March from 7-10/10:30pm.It will be held in the Jonson Hall in Raheny.

    bjj 'fundementals'....dont like the word 'basics', it implies there are 'advanced' moves :)
