    unlucky for some but i received 13 three alerts this morning all relating to a three mobile Broadband add-on 1st one saying it was low then 8 saying it had expired then another 4 saying it was low again! so i could not know whether my add-on had expired or was just low!

    also three openly state on their 333 phone line that you can check your add-on balance on your handset but this facility while set up has never worked!

    anyony else recieved these malicious text alerts from 3Alerts?

    I experience the same, if they cannot get the little things right, then its very worring.

    I also get alerts saying my credit is under 2.50 eur and I should top up.When I check it, its usually around 3 eur.

    exactly and this issue leads to people going over their data limit as i was informed the add-on was low then expired then low again!

    and three are aware of this for some considerable time now and yet have not resolved this as it is a nice little money spinner for them tricking customers into paying the higher charges!

    and i call it malicious because three are aware yet do not appear to be actively pursuing a resolution to this issue
