Anyone with faxmail activated on vodafone RTG ?

    From 2003, I am on voda Prepay/RTG with faxmail activated
    and the vodafone annoncement :...You're connected to the vodafone voicemail service of 08 7x xx xx xx, please leave a message for the person you are calling after the tone.

    Last Thur 14th morning, all the mailbox has been deleted with no reason (technical issue from Voda ?) So new password set-up with faxmail re-activated.
    But the only default vodafone annoncement now available is :
    “This is the vodafone voice and faxmail service of 08 7x xx xx xx, you can leave a fax message by pressing 7 and then pressing the start button of your fax, or after the tone you can leave a voice message”

    I requested to restore the announcement ...You're connected to the vodafone voicemail service of 08 7x xx xx xx.
    Customer care said this announcement is not available with faxmail activated !
    Funny as I got it for years with faxmail.

    Obviously, I can record personal greeting message. But I would like to get the voda announcement available.

    Anyone has same issues ?
    Is there only one vodafone announcement ?
