Rentals for the birthday bash?

    Hey folks, just wondering if you could help me out with a wee problem.

    Myself and a mate are planning on heading out to HRTA tomorrow, rang HRTA earlier to book some gear and they're pretty close to booked out and can't say for sure that they will be able to provide us with gear in the morning. We left it late cos he wasn't sure if he could make it until today.

    I know this is a long shot, and I'm really sorry if this seems rude or inappropriate,but is there any chance that any of the folks on here who have a good few devices could rent the two of us one each for the day? We're gonna head out anyway and chance our arm that they have some rentals available but just thought it might be handy to post on here to see if anyone could help us out. We'll pay the same rate that HRTA charge for rentals.

    I'll see if I can fit my AK Beta Spetz in my backpack. I'm on a motorbike and don't have much room so no guarantees. I'm also not 100% sure if I'll be there 1st thing in the morning, but I'll try.

    Ok, turns out he can't make it tomorrow after all, so that's that shagged then! We're going next weekend instead though, should be plenty of time to book our gear this time!
