this happened me, it was a new company and things were rushed in the beginning, was meant to be getting paid weekly didnt get paid for the first month or so. kept on at my boss and about a month later payroll realised they had my bank account a number off, got a cheque straight away and all sorted now. just tell him to keep on at his employer and to keep track of all his hours, how much he should be paid etc, hopefully it will sort itself out soon enough

If the van is owned by the company, this is bad advice. The Gardai could get involved as he has "stolen" the van.
