Complaining to RTE

Ok so lots of people find aspects of RTE annoying {**cough Pat the Plank cough**} and come on here to complain - instead of this people might want to complain to RTE. Perhaps RTE will do nothing but I got some small measure of satifaction out of the fact that at least there is a procedure in place and that it is being brought to people's attention. See the extract below from a reply I got when I complained about something.

I'm also reminded of the adage that for every one person that complains, there are ninety-nine (number may not be accurate, but you get the gist) others who don't, but feel the same. Hopefully the people who deal with these complaints, keep this in mind as well.

Also if you are complaing remember you are going to be taken much more seriously if your complaint is seen to be from a sane-ish person rather than a nutjob lunatic using treatening/foul/abusive language (tempting and all as this might be)

All the swearing in my emails was a big no no? Aw shucks. Now I know how to write a formal complaint.

Would that be the bin, by any chance?
