I have used voipstunt in the past. Over the last while I have found sound quality to be bad and a very long delay when talking to someone on the other end of the phone. Is there any other provider that offers a one off payment, or a free service?

Cool thanks. Does it matter if I use a router, will that affect my call quality in any way?

    Hi Duffff-Man,

Using VoIP behing a router is fine.
If the phone is behind a NAT (ie on a private IP address) you may need to use a STUN server or to implement a port forwarding to make sure your phone registers correctly and that the sound will be fine on both sides. It's nothing really hard and you can always ask Blueface's support via their forum.
