I have two different tyres on the front axle. Tyres are in good condition, just different thread. Will it be a problem for NCT?

    Thanks

    Shouldn't be a problem. See http://www.ncts.ie/nctmanual.pdf

But still, it would be better practice to have the same type and thread thyres on the one axle, especially the front.

If the tyres are of the same type and size there should be no problem. For example both are 185/55 15 H with more than minimum depth on the main grooves and no defects.
