    Hi,

    My Dad is buying a car from the UK next week and I wanted to do a history check of the car for him. There seems to be a wide variety of prices, companies and services for this. Can anyone recommend one?

    There was a post on here for ages about importing cars from the U.K., if you do a search all the info is there.

    HPI is the benchmark company. Essential for any purchase in the UK or to check a car that has been imported from the UK.

    There are alternatives aacardatacheck is one.
