Any New Housing Developmets in Cork

Any one know of any new housing developments in South Cork city around the Douglas, Carrigaline areas in the 350 k price bracket. Ideally semi-detached with 3 bedrooms. Have been searching all week and havent come up with much - taught there would be more on the market. Has to be a new house to avoid stamp.
