Rounding corners in Paint shop Pro 9

Hello, I'm not sure if this is in the right place or not, so if it isn't my apologies. I need to make the four corners of a rectangular image rounded using Paint Shop Pro 9. I don't know if this is possible or not, but any help would be great. Thanks.
