Oddly enough it looks just like the 80's action films I used to watch and love. Maybe Boll will finally come out of his rut?

Looks like garbage, as expected. The 'mutants' look hilariously awful in particular, and I can't help but think it all looks far more like a German forest than any kind of lush tropical paradise.

At least it seems faithful to the game. But I don't think Far Cry was ever applauded for the storytelling. I think a boat did explode at the beginning though (only ever played Instincts on the Xbox).

Well apparently he finances his movies himself, which is how they keep getting made! I agree that it looks absolutely awful and I don't think curiosity will get the better of me. It looks like one to avoid at all costs.

Good grief, that looked terrible!! Bland smacked all over it as well as looking very cheap. Actually it looks more like one of those crappy movies nobody cares about that RTE 2 show late on a Monday night!
