iPod Touch and WiFi

Have an iTouch, and it works fine with my wireless router.
Sister bought herself one, and brought it around to my house, as she does not have a wireless router, yet.
So I linked it onto my router using password etc. Get all the blue bars etc.
However, still will not connect to Safari, You Tube etc.
    Any idea's why?
I have connected up another wifi product to the router, so it's not a capacity issue.
Can you only connect up 1 iPod Touch per router?
    All feedback welcome!

No reason i can think of for it not to work. Assuming you are sure its the right key etc then there must be something wrong on the itouch... is it an Ipod touch you are talking about?

You could try upgrading her firmware just in case.

Took your idea. Disconnected, re-entered password, and this time it works fine. Thanks for that!

normally with wi-fi devices i disable all my security on my router to ensure the device can pick up and use the wi-fi, then i set about turning the security back on.

also edited your thread title no such thing as an iTouch :p
