    Hi All,

My usually indestructable HPLJ5100 is giving me some problems.

Each page is coming out with a blurred/dirty grey band on one side of each page (the left as you look at the printer). Also some pages are creasing.

See attached PDF for an example.

Any ideas on what parts need to be replaced?

    Thanks,
    P.

Do you have a spare fuser that you can try in it?
Sounds like this could be a it. Take out the fuser and check if there is any visible damage

Yeah it could be the fuser or rollers which need replacing.
As Miley said, probably is the fuser.
