Has anyone used this site before? And how are their shipping times?

I've used them on a number of occasions and have never had a problem with them.

As for shipping times - I work around the corner from them and always collect my order so I can't address that part of the question.

the last time i used them my order arrived in 3 days .

I didn't find them good for after sales service at all.
They sent me back to the manufacturer even thoguh the laptop was only a few months old.

do they have insane security checks like dabs.ie ? or is it a simple click through ordering process like komplett. I find dabs.ie email verification a ridiculous way to confirm a persons identity.

I've used Elara a lot over the past couple of years. I find they give great pre- and post-sales service. Always promptly answer emails and delivery is quick. No problems with the ordering process either. Have never had to return anything, though.

Bought a printer for work from them last week. Ordered online, paid using bank transfer, received acknowledgement of payment received, item delivered the following day. Pretty smooth transaction overall.

The goods arrived 7 days after they promised 3-4 and took my hard earned. When I complained they took the attitude that nobody else was. I will not shop with these people again as they cannot be honest.

Elara are very easy to deal with. They are extremely easy to phone aswell.

have used them b4 on a few occassions and they get the thumbs up from me, if you live/work near parkwest the ability to pickup your order is excellent, never had to wait any more than 2-3 days for delivery/collection.

use them quite regularly havent had a problem, orders arrive usually next day after shipping. they dont allow you to order out of stock items but you have to watch the wait times for re-stock it can sometimes cause delays on you order
