    Hi All,

In our house last year we paid 400 (well slightly more actually) on bin charges last year (5 0f us - lived like pigs - dont ask )

anyway i paid all the bills DD (and then eventually coaxed the money out of the lads for the bills)

what is the story with claiming relief on it? Can the 5 of us put in for 400, or do we just put in for 50 each? or do i just shut my mouth - put in for 400 myself and say nothing?

    cheers
