Im not sure if im posting this in the right forum.

Any way, Ive been working for a mechanical contractor for nearly 3 years now and I still dont think im getting paid the correct salary. I have a degree and all that and went to college.

Basically Im just wondering if there are any Engineers out there, whats the propper starting out salary for an engineer, so I could work out what I should be getting.

Thanks any help would be appreciated

can't actually find it right now, but don't Irishjobs.ie provide salary ranges for all the different professions?

Engineers Ireland (formerly the institute of engineers in Ireland) do a bi-annual salary review.
The 2005 review is the most recent but the 2007 salary review should be out soon. Its online at iei.ie but you have to be a member to view it. If you are not a member you can PM me your details and ill check what the 2005 rate was.
