PS3 to TWO HD TVs

I'm looking for a HDMI splitter, but the reason I need it is slightly different to the norm.

Basically I have PS3 in living room connected to TV there. Just around the corner from the living room is the "sun room". Basically, I want to be able to play the PS3 in there if the TV in living room is in use. The bluetooth controllers work fine from the sun room so is there a "yoke" I can get to split the HD signal coming out of the PS3 (presuming it wouldn't reduce quality of signal) so I can connect it to both TVs?
(PS: I don't need it to display on both TVs at once)

I've seen splitters to allow the HDMI input in a TV accept two inputs, so will these work vice-versa (i.e at the HDMI output from PS3)?

    Any help/link/advice appreciated.

    UPDATE:
I found a few of the splitters. They're an awful price. €100++++++
I'm thinking of just running a cable under the floor and physically changing the cable as needed (which won't be too often).
There won't be any downside to this will there (bar it being a pain in the ....)?
Both TVs are HD so there won't be any display select problems or anything?

Yon can get relatively cheap ones on ebay...

There are the v v cheap male to two female leads (AVOID these, they don't work). And some other powered models that seem to be OK.

I picked up a Lindy HDMI splitter this morn(€30 before post). I'll let you know how I get on with it. From what I read on avforums, it's works pretty well but not with Onkyo amps.

Ah, can I ask where you purchased?
A link would be great if you have one too.
    Please.
