    Need more Info.
    Is she living with you? Has she ever worked (esp in 2006)?
    She cant claim One parent family until the kid is actually born.

    She's living with me. She used to workin last few years. Just stop since may last year. I'm getting paid in hand at mo. And we want to get married before the baby born. Thanks very much

    She can make a claim for Jobseekers Benefit if she is looking for work. Why didnt she claim in May? Thats what she will be asked in the Dole office.
    You getting paid cash in hand is not good for you as your losing out on cons.
