Im having difficulty uploading songs from my pc to my mp3 player. when I plug the usb cable into the tower, a message appears from the memory card manager....

'Failed to locate supported file types or there are no photos on this device'

Any advice on my next course of action? thanks in advance

Could do with more information - what MP3 player? What operating system? etc.

That sounds like some camera / photo software that's looking for photos on the USB drive (your MP3 player). It's just telling you it can't find any, so just ignore it.

Go to My Computer, open the MP3 player drive and start adding mp3s.
