BT (UK) ban Eircom Email

    A colleague of mine who uses an Eircom address in the UK has been told by BT that you can no longer send emails using eircom with BT Broadband.

    Just thought I'd let you's now.

    I think this means that you can't use the Eircom STMP if you're on the BT broadband network, only the BT SMTP. This has always been the case.

    No you can't use smtp.btconnect.com to send eircom emails anymore
