Changes to extra BBC/ITV channel freqs on Sky?

Got installed with a new Sky+ recently and tried to add extra channels using the frequencies etc. in the sticky. However, the channels available under some of those frequencies seem to have changed. Does anyone have a current list of freqs? Thanks!
