    Anyone know if we are getting the 2016 increase in March or has a hold been put on that?

    i apologise if this is a stupid question....but what is the 2016 increase??

    its my first year teaching and im still getting to grips with the wages/contracts etc

    Must poke at it today! Nead21, its the inflation measures the unions agree with govt, it should be on your unions website.

    pretty sure I got it too.....primary were to receive it a week ahead of the secondary teachers I think but only due to pay cycle - should all be backdated....read about it on a circular on education.ie I think

    Thats good to hear, I'm sure the VEC is a bit behind in giving it out to us.
