Woke up this morning with a bit of head cold and a sore throat but nothing too major but I have that real listless feeling in my legs, so should I chance a run?

I'm only planning on doing 3 miles and the weather is fantastic I have a 10k on Sunday and I can only fit in a run today and Friday before Sunday...aaaaaaaaagggghhhh bloody colds
