Keeping score while playing Chinese Poker?

Ok, It's been months since I played Chinese and the last time I did, Reggie did a good job of keeping score. I was playing with friends tonight and I couldn't remember how to go about keeping score with 4 people playing. Can anyone break it down as to how to easily keep score on paper over multiple games?

Im downloading Tiger Poker right now to play, being meaning to learn for ages, ill play anyone for rolls by friday id say....
