Hi,

I am looking at renovating and extending a house in Marino in Dublin. Can anybody recommend an architect that could help us with the design of the extension and drawing up of plans. I hope to keep it within planning and I need the architect to bring it the tender stage.

Most of the architects that I talk to are not interested in a job this small (budget circa 100k).

I could do this without an architect but I would like to get some design advice and also have plans so there are no arguments between ourselves and the builders.
