Hope this isn't posted elsewhere but has anyone out there experienced difficulty getting proper jobs in these areas? Where did you find this job advertised?

I find it easy to get work if I'm doing it for nothing :( and I find that certain music organisations (let's not name names but I'd love to) have a constant list of students who will work for nothing, therefore are reluctant to take on anyone in a full time/half way decent capacity. To be clearer, I work in PR/promotions/marketing and feel exhausted trying to get anyone to value your work enough to pay!

Finally, I'd love to hear any experiences you may have of working in the cultural sector in Ireland! :)
