Like Archimedes I had Liverpool beating Everton on GD.
I also had Sunderland surviving on GD over Birmingham.

It's fairly clear that Sunderland, Bolton, and Wigan are the teams whose form is improving (2 new managers).
Birmingham, Fulham, and Derby have been on consistent form.
    Reading have gotten progressively worse.

Shows how bad Liverpool, Villa, and Man City have been performing of late, and why Everton look favourites to come 4th.

For Liverpool to get 80 points Rebel, they'd have to win every game between now and the end of the season bar one no?

For Arsenal to finish on 95 points, they'd have to win every game bar two?
    Seems to bit optimistic :)

I think the winner will be realistically just at 90 at the most.

How many points are Fulham on at the moment? The mind boggles at times.

They have 11 / 12 games left (I'm too lazy to look up a table). It would be inconceivable if they only took a single point from that stretch given the recent improvements they have shown over the past two weeks and the fact that key players have returned from injury.

Absolutely, I didn't intend on giving them just one point. I took each week and guessed the results. I wasnt looking at the big picture.

Ah ok. I guess we can see how these tables are automatically flawed then.

I know, its completely unrealistic, but when i looked at it game by game thats what i came out with. its hard to look at Liverpool V reading for example and pick anything other then a win, even though over the course of all the games theres bound to be a few upsets, so for realism I suppose you just have to put in some results you dont actually believe yourself. Had pool lose to Arse and draw with United. Had Arsenal winning nearly all their games, simply because they look like winning every game they play. I know they won't, but on a one off basis which is how you write them in, its hard to pick anything other then win.

<edit> That was just a very long winded way of saying exactly what Tusky wrote.

I put in realistic results. Mainly based on current form and obvious potential form, e.g. Arsenal will without a doubt beat derby etc.

Mines doesnt seem likely but here it goes anyways...

    1. Man United 90
    2. Arsenal 89
    3. Chelsea 83
    4. Liverpool 72
    5. Aston Villa 68
    6. Man City 66
    7. Everton 64
    8. Spurs 61
    9. Portsmouth 58
    10. West Ham 56
    11. Blackburn 56
    12. Middlesborough 38
    13. Sunderland 37
    14. Newcastle 37
    15. Reading 34
    16. Wigan 34
    17. Birmingham 32
    18. Bolton 31
    19. Fulham 30
    20. Derby 9

Have to laugh at my table really, the team that finishes 17th ends up on 32 points lol
9 Teams below 40 points LOL

Here's the definitive table....no bias whatsoever;):

    Man Utd 89
    Arsenal 85
    Chelsea 82
    Everton 69
    Liverpool 64
    Villa 62
    Spurs 59
    Man City 56
    Portsmouth 53
    Blackburn 52
    West Ham 49
    Sunderland 46
    Newcastle 43
    Boro 40
    Reading 37
    Bolton 36
    Birmingham 34
    Wigan 33
    Fulham 28
    Derby 17

I have Utd losing at Chelsea and drawing at 'Boro, but they still come out tops:p
Arsenal drop 2 pts in penultimate game against Everton to effectively hand the title to Utd and then go out with a whimper drawing 1-1 with Sunderland.

In the relegation battle Birmingham leapfrog wigan on the final day with Utds win over Wigan sending our former captain Brucie down:eek:

Never, and you need to learn to count:D ...6 by my eyes...and i'm pretty positive no team has ever stayed up with less than 30pts....something like 34pts would be the record low I'd say.

In their last 12 games, almost a third of the season you have
    Birmingham - 7 pts
    Bolton - 3 pts
    Wigan - 4 pts
    Fulham - 7 pts
    Reading - 4 pts

On that form over an entire season they'd end up with
    Birmingham - 21 pts
    Bolton - 9 pts
    Wigan - 12 pts
    Fulham - 21 pts
    Reading - 12 pts

I know Bolton's form under Wee Sammy was crap, and without Anelka we'll struggle for goals, but 3pts!!!
I know we'll be distracted winning the UEFA cup, but give me a break!
