    Hi folks,
Just wondering has anyone else been experiencing pixelation and picture and sound freeze on C4+1 and E4+1, my Skybox has been very iffy recently and actually wouldn't even come into standby after reboot at one stage so I was blaming it but my wife's friend told her that she'd had the same problems on these two channels as well. Is it possible these are weaker signals from both stations.

I only ever had problems with the +1 channels in an install where I done sky+ and 2 standard boxes, although the signal was high the +1 channels would show no signal or break up.

In the end I upgraded the dish to an 80cm and aint ever had a problem since.

Yes , I had exactly the same issue last night , just a few channels , including channel c4 +1 freezing up last night , the other channels were fine though , I just put it down to a problem on skys/tranmission end.

I live in Drogheda (the name is the clue) and I have had this problem for a few weeks now most of the almost all my +1 channels are pixelating and freexing as are both my More4 and Film4 and ITV 2 channels among others.

I thought my dish had been moved during the storms but a friend who lives the other side of the town has the same issues and my other half was down in Cork over the weekend visiting her brother and his Sky was exactly the same, which made me feel a bit better that I dont need to get an engineer out for what would have been nothing.

Im note sure what to do about it now to be honest seeing how its not just me, my box is a bit dodgy too now if I leave it plugged in overnight or unplug it all my future set programmes either disappear or show up failed despite set days in advance.

Same issue with the freezing on the +1 channels over the past few weeks but it isn't constant it just seems to occur now and again.

I suppose it's up to us all to take our complaint to Sky so although what satisfaction we'll actually get remains to be seen.:)

My old digibox (Grundig piece of s***e) finally died and we've upgraded to Sky+ (I think it's super incidentally) but anyway while fitting the quad LNB the technician discovered the dish had loosened and moved slightly, I would have sworn that it was as tight as possible, just goes to show, but anyway we haven't noticed any break up on any channels since, anybody else with same problem it might be worth checking.:):):):)
