I thought it was horseshít, personally. An inferior, watered-down, guttless version of Brotherhood for fans of The OC, with a lead cast of supposed 'criminals' who aren't the least bit threatening. The fact that the first episode ends with a Snow Patrol song says it all. Watch Brotherhood instead. It's better in every single imaginable way.

I kinda enjoyed it, was really pissed off with it being cancelled purely for the fact that I kept watching with the hope it would get better and then when it all just about seemed to be kicking off..bam..over.
Must check out Brothers have heard some very good things about it.

Ye the orginal pilot episode was great,it also had Arcade Fire instead of Snow patrol for the final song. Of course they had to throw in that terrible over played Snow patrol for some reason.

After the pilot,it was just fairly crap tbh!

It was a joke of a show. An attempt at a gangster show for OC,teen BEBO crowd. Total muck. Brotherhood is the best crime show on TV right now. Glad it was binned. Would anyone be scared of those brothers in it ffs. I sat with my Dad actually laughing at this lame attempt. Good to see someone had the sense to dump it.

Do yourselves a favour and start watching Brotherhood.

I liked it. I am not a teen, I do not watch The OC and I do not have a Bebo page.

I guess some people like things that others don't.
    Oh well.

I quite enjoyed it, some episodes not as much as others, but still overall it was pretty good. The pilot episode was definitely the best of the series though, and Arcade Fire instead of that Snow Patrol song was far better suited. I wouldn't describe it as being even remotely like the OC or any of that other teen angst crap either.

Had potential, but trying too hard to be one of those "Important" shows, instead of actually being plausible or entertaining.
Of course they had to throw in that terrible over played Snow patrol for some reason.

Legend has it that Haggis built the whole scene around the AF song and even went to Montréal to ask them for it, and they politely said no on the grounds that the song had nothing to do with what was actually happening on screen. They've got a long standing policy of keeping their music out of TV shows and compilations. The only exceptions they made were for Six Feet Under, which they wrote a song specifically for. The laws in Ireland and the UK apparently permit music to be used without direct consent though, which is how Top Gear ended up using No Cars Go. I doubt the irony was intentional.
