Myself and the girlfriend have been havin an arguement over the last few weeks, and it all boils down to one person... Bridget Fonda.

Basically, after being hounded by herself to give an example of someone (an actress, singer etc..) who I thought was good looking, I admitted that a few years back I had a bit of a thing for Bridget Fonda (The Assassin, Jackie Brown). Big mistake!!! Now, everytime a film is on the telly with said actress in it, I get a phone call from my girlfriend telling me that she is watching it and that she can't understand how I could fancy someone so horrible looking!? "Ah I see 'rat face' is on the telly again..." she says.

The final straw was last night when she rang me (yet again!!) to have a rant about how completely 'plain' and 'ratty' she looked in a film she was watching. This went on for over ten minutes before I realised that she was watching the wrong film; she was watching 'Assassins' with Sylvester Stallone and Antonio Bandares. The woman she was havin a go at was the wrong actress!!!

Anyways, I was just wonderin' does this happen much to other blokes. Is there anyone who's bird has taken a fixation over something like this and KEEPS going on and on about it?

P.S. Bridget Fonda lads.... Woudja?

Well, I don't have a 'bird' but the wife keeps going on about Nigella Lawson anytime she's on Telly.

"Oh, look, Terry's girlfriend is on telly again."

Fonda's ok, but her nose is a bit big. Moore (Assassins) is quite plain and doesn't look anything like Fonda.

When I saw that film (JB) a few years ago I though she was fine, but nah I don't know why I thought that as I don't like her anymore.

So the answer is, I definitely would!
