Sky Box Question

Hi guys just after upgrading from Sky+ to HD. I stilll have the Sky+ box, and I have a standard box in my bedroom with a sports sub. Is there anyway I can get my card from my standard box to now work in the Sky+ box? Is wish to use the optical output. Thanks

Could you not just ring sky and get them to pair the card to the Sky+ box?
