what happened with hardwareversand payment?

    I just put in an order with hardwareversand but i didnt pay anything?
    It says a prepayment in the email. what has just happened?
    Is this normal ?
    how do i pay ?

    Do i pay them when i recieve the goods or before hand?

    I'm going to send them payment as well tomorrow... I'm wondering do i have to pay from my bank account or can I walk into a bank and pay over the counter with their details?
