Century are offering a heat recovery system with new orders up to end of March. However it says to the cost of 2000 euro. Whats the catch here as i was quoted roughly 8000 euro for a 3000 sq/ft house? Am i getting a huge quote or is there something im missing in the small print

I would image Century are feeling the pinch of developers not building any new houses at the moment and are using it as a marketing ploy to get customers. No doubt is will properly help them get rid of some of the competition in the timber frame market as well, from what I heard there are a lot of timber frame guys on the verge of being in serious trouble with no major developments being built nor the prospect of ones starting.(I think Century themselves have seriously scaled down operations in one or two of their plants.)

sound like KS are not offering whole house HRV here - maybe room "stand alone " units ?

might be worth asking for €2k credit against whole house system ....
