Pookerstars very Slow?

I have reg'd for trnies but nothings coming up, anyone experiencing lag like this?

Yep, I'm regged for a tourney that was due to start 17 mins ago but hasnt yet, have mailed support but no reply as yet

The tournament started 34 mins late and then froze at the end of the first hand. Another player in the room seems to be getting the same problems (from our talk in the chatbox). Then I get this reply from Stars support


"Dear Kevin,

Thank you for your recent e-mail.

I have checked the poker lobby and I see not tournaments that state this. Please uninstall the program and re install.
For some reason your lobby is not updating.

On the site at the moment there are 29133 players on playing poker, if there was anything wrong with the severs we would no about it."


Now Im playing another tournament that started at 5pm and no probs in that. So Im not uninstalling and reinstalling

Awful response from support though (aside from the spelling error)

The $10 noon deepstack is running okay, but a little slow at times. Hope it doesnt crash. Would be a pity to have played for 4 hours for nothing!
