Books or CDs of Bungalow plans

    Hi All,
Does anyone have any recommendations on where to source a good CD/DVD/book of plans?

I really have no idea of what I want in terms of design; all I know is some basics so a book of plans may help me!!

    Ideas?

    FYI: My key things are:
    - Single storey or 1.5 depending on Meath CoCo.
    - 3 bed, all ensuite, all walk-in wardrobes, good sizes, not boxes!!!!
    - Main bathroom (large)
    - Sitting room, separate kitchen
    - Comms room (for all the cables/alarms etc) small
    - Office/Study room

Any plans that might meet these requirements would be great because I'm at a dead loss.

    Joe

Go to somewhere like Easons and they would have a few books - in fact most book shops would stock a couple. You could also look at plans on the various Council planning sites which may be of help. You could also google it.

At the end of the day it will be up to yourself to decide what is really best to your own requirements.

Theres another thread about this here somewhere and if I can find it I will post a link.

Not sure if mod would object to naming any websites so said i'd pm it to you just in case. Have a look at http://www.irish-house-plans.com/

you can also order a cd from them

also as muffler said loads of books available in places like easons etc

Having only just got this web site I think it's amazing. I know there are a lot of US based ones, however this is the 1st I've seen that's IRISH :D

Many many many thanks fitzie79. I'll get u a pint.... no, wait... I don't drink!
