1 year warranty, go to their website and in the support there's somewhere you can put in your serial number and it'll tell you how about your warranty

Failing that, try calling tomorrow. It may be that they will be able to sort out the issue without having to resort to service.

Do the troubleshooting steps on their website. Unless it has changed dramatically thats all tech Support will ask you to do anyway. You can complete the form and doa self service, i.e. they send a courier out to collect it.

Nope. They send courier, pick it up, then check it out. If it can't be fixed they'll send you a refurb equivalent, or if engraved, a brand new one.

No idea these days. Used to take 2=3 days to get empty box, then testing then return. Again depends on whether engraved or not.

AFAIK, they send it off too, so maybe a day or so shorter. Ring the shop first I would say. A lot of Mac places are notoriously unhelpful with warranty.
