    hi everyone
    ive just started working in a radission. and any of the staff i asked what it like to work for they said its crap. especially bar/restaurant staff. and im now getting tje same feeling myself. you do long hours get just 30 mins break, the take money off you each day from your wages for food and the food would be turned away by homeless people,its that bad. some staff hace even told me they dont even get food sometimes or a break and the still deduct the money for breaks and food. please help as they want me to sign a contaract and imnot to sure.

    I find employers atitudes to staff are getting worse.
