MSM Picture Virus

    First off lets everybody point and laugh, i got the msn picture virus.

    With that out of the way yes i know im an ass for opening the file. So im wondering if anybody can help me out and tell me how to get rid of this virus. Preferably without re-installing windows..

    If you dont know what the virus is its one that keeps sending zip files to all your contacts on msn with very realistic titles.
