Hi Can anyone recommend gyms or classes in or near this area? I am looking for striking or some all round disicipline.. would consider anything from boxing to a martial art mucho thanks :P

I practiced Wing Tsun for about a year and a half with this club, before work and other aspects of my life took over and I would highly recommend this system and club from my limited exposure to martial arts

If you have any questions please use one of the contacts on the website as they would be qualified to answer questions a lot more then me.

Anyway that is my 2 cents, hope you find something that suits you
