Reid scholarship?Any info welcome..

    Anybody know any stuff? I downloaded an application but should i attach an essay bullcrapping about how i would love to get the scholarship? It doesn't specify.Any tips ?

    Hi Daggy,

    I am a former Reid Entrance Exhibitioner. Presuming that application procedure is the same (details should be with the application form or ask your guidance counsellor), then all you need to do is fill out the downloaded application form. I wouldn't advise attaching anything else to it as it won't help your case in the slightest.

    A little after the closing date (which I think is early May?) you will be informed as to whether or not you are eligible for the scholarship i.e: If your family income is above a certain threshold you won't be eligible. If you are deemed a suitable candidate then all you have to do is wait. The rest will depend on your results. The scholarships are awarded in October to 4-5 eligible candidates who achieved the highest number of points in the LC.
