It looks worse than a PSX game and plays like Italia 90.

The DS has a good soccer game in it.
It needs a development team who will bother trying, instead of just collecting a cheque from EA or Konami.

PES 08 on DS is fairly decent, only problem i had with was the stupid randmon player thing and sore hands from using shoulder buttons.

    Decent game tho.

In fairness man PES08 is rubbish on all the consoles. I've gone back to play PES6 ages ago.

Havent played the new DS Pro Evo, last years one was so so, wouldnt say terrible but I was very disappointed. I much prefer pro evo 2008 to PES6 on the 360. have never really played either online, but 2008 plays much better imo.

Have gone back playing WE10 on the PS2 while my 360 is broken, what a game!

    Agree.

    FIFA '08 DS > PES '08 DS

ur not wrong there...in the past i could play pro evo all night..now i find i'm pro-evoed out after only 2 hours ish. Either i'm gettin old, i'm sick of it, or its PES08...i think its PES08

Like Striker on the SNES. Great game. And would be easily portable onto DS.

Sensible World of Soccer please!! Still a cracking game for playability, and would also run like the clappers on a DS!

ive gone back to playing PES3 real good game actually but the commentary cracks me up
    e.g

    half time whistle blows
''what did you think of the 1st have trevor''
    ''I thought it was great''
''And now we start the 2nd half''

    brillaint!
