Native French Accountant, How can I find a job in Ireland?

I am a native French with around 8 yrs financial background. I worked as accountant in many multinational companies in France and now I am living in China as Finance Manager. I am looking for going back Europ after my contract finish this year.

I am ready to move to Ireland to start my career and life. Is it possible to get similar job here for me and how? I am looking for getting a job as senior accountant or financial accountant, for french is better, if I could get luck. I don't care much the locations in Ireland.

I speak French, German, English and daily Chinese, in fact, I am open for any job which suits me.

I am looking forward to hearing from you the kind advises or opportunity.

there are many shared services centres in ireland where your language and accounting skills will be sought after.

You should have no issue at all finding a job.

An idea might be to apply directly to the companies.

For my salary exception it's from 35000-45000 Euros yearly

Re: Companies to help you look - there are hundreds. All mostly advertised by recruitment agencies. My advice would be to try go around the recruitment agencies at the beginning. Whatever you do don't give your CV to more than 1 agency. Do a search on the usual places

Search for jobs through the employer only first.
Then if you fancy going through an agency here, go to the Accountancy forum and ask for peoples advice about the best accountancy agency, and contact them - stick with one Recruitment Agent, and let them do their best.

For my experience, I worked only in multinational companies, like accountant, and I used some differents GAAP, such as UK GAAP, US GAAP, French GAAP. For my qualification, I have a bachelor degree in accounting, finance. And I made some financial control, and audit for companies, I worked. I worked to in the past like independant financial consultant.

OK so you are not qualified accountant

ie. ICAI, CIMA, ACCA

Your salary will reflect this unfortunately - despite your good experience.

You will have no trouble finding a job however.

No I do not have these qualifications, but I can past it if it's possible, but don't know the process

I disagree with your advice.
If you are going to join a recruitment agent - join one, ideally the best.

Try getting satisfaction from a recruitment agent when you've sent your CV to a handful who are tossing out your CV to every employer they can find in the goldenpages.
