Help needed.. DVD rom drives not working

Hi guys I just noticed this problem now. I've 2 DVD burners and both of them are not working I also had a card reader in the front and it's not working either.. Nothing has changed in the PC.. any ideas what could be causing this ? is there a test i can do to help me out?

just to add they will open and close.. but they wont read

i un plugged the card reader from the motherboard and also one of the DVD roms and the other started to work. So i'm going to leave it lol
