Request from Samy and James Schiavo

The UFC have requested that Spike TV give UFC 13 a 3 hour spot rather than the normal 2 hours. This would increase the chances of Samy's fight against Clay Guida being televised, making it easier for all of us to see (via the internet with TVUPlayer for example) and help Samy and his team to negotiate with sponsors.

James, Samy's brother and coach, has requested that people email Spike TV, here's the address and a sample text.

Samy is been given the worst possible matchup for his debut IMO. Guida has an ironjaw and much better wrestling with a relentless GnP. But props to him for stepping up.

Samy's fight is on the non-televised half of the card, but if they have time then it's probably one of the most likely to be shown
