Itouch/ITunes License Agreement Screen

    Hi All,
Tried a few threads but could not find this exact problem.
Background: Had iTunes installed previously, no issue.
Now bought iTouch, connected it up. After a minute or 2, finds new device. Comes up with the License agreement, I tick the approve box, but there is no where on the screen for me to tick 'agree'?
Just the options to Cancel or Save (the text only).
Some of the text outside the agreement box goes off screen to the right, so I assume the agree button is at the bottom on the right.
I have spend ages playing around with the layout, but I cannot drag it to the right. There seems to be a toolbar at the bottom (that would allow me to drag the screen right) missing.
All I want is to start, so all help welcome.
Sorry if there is an easy solution to this, but for the life of me, I cannot find it!
    Thanks in advance

Thanks - should have mentioned I tried that as well, and made no difference.
    Any other suggestions? Thanks all.
