Back from Canada - can't use my Blackberry Pearl

    Hi Guys

    I've just returned from Canada & my Blackberry Pearl 8100 won't work. Apparently I need to unblock it?

    Does anyone have any idea how I might go about this??

    What network SIM card do you have in it? It this the network you bought it from?

    Hi
    My Canadian network was Rogers... I'm now trying to get it to accept a Vodafone Sim...
    Any thoughts?

    Not to be smart but there is an unlocking thread stickied in this forum. I'm no expert on the specific of blackberry unlocking, though.

    You will need settings for the pearl to work with email, plus you will need to set up an account with Voda. If you just want to use it s a phone, all you need to do is unlock.
