Counterfeit item on ebay - refunded. Feedback?

    I recently bought a mobile phone accessory from ebay. When it arrived I was convinced it was counterfeit. Did some research with the manufacturer and totally convinced.

    Mailed the seller twice with my concerns. Started a paypal dispute. Got my money back tonight but the message from the seller was blank.

    My instinct is to leave negative feedback to warn others of the fake items. But I'm worried the seller will then leave negative for me. Any suggestions?

    I opted for "authenticity concerns about this item. Refunded by Paypal. No reply from seller"

    I think that's a very polite way of saying what I wanted to say. Have reported it to ebay and the phone manufacturer's conterfeit action unit so I'll watch this seller.
